The news is interesting for 15.000 people, this is the number of blind
Italian (on a total of nearly 100.000) who know the Braille language. Upon
request, starting from June 1998, it will be possible to pay the
electricity with a special bill in Braille. This is the initiative
presented by ENEL's president Mr.Chicco Testa together with the minister
for "Social Solidarity" mrs.Livia Turco. The blinds, who will still
continue receiving the traditional bill, may request the new service via
all blind associations or directly to the ENEL sites.
