                         NEW YORK TO MONTREAL
                   GROUP CRUISE - OCTOBER 4 - 14, 2000

New England offers so many chances to step into the past, to see how life
was lived by turn-of-the-century millionaires, to experience rugged
seashores, picturesque lighthouses on cliffs overlooking quiet coves.

This cruise is timed during the autumn season for the east coast's spectacular
Fall Foliage display. Everywhere you go you'll be amazed with the crimson
and gold leaves that make the forests come alive.

And who can resist an authentic New England lobster bake in Maine, a stroll
along Boston's Freedom Trail, a tour of Newport's mansions, plus visits to
Saint John, New Brunswick, Halifax, Nova Scotia and more?

This fabulous 10-day cruise also spotlights the cosmopolitan flair of
French Ouebec. In Quebec City, visit the Latin Quarter, the Hotel
Frontenac, and experience the scenery of Montmorency Falls or the
Laurentian Mountains.

In Montreal, your overnight stay lets you explore the city, enjoy a
Medieval banquet, or fly over the Laurentian Mountains to see the Fall color.
