MOVIES FOR THOSE WHO ARE DEAF OR BLIND - General Cinema Theatres plans to
introduce DVS Theatrical and the Rear Window® Captioning System in Seattle,
Atlanta, and Philadelphia by early 1999. General Cinema is the first
Conventional movie theater chain to install these technologies, which were
developed by WGBH as part of the Motion Picture Access Project. DVS
Theatrical and Rear Window make it possible for moviegoers with vision or
